Please allow 2 weeks for your purchase to be MTO. You will receive a tracking number only once your goods have been shipped. Depending on the pieces ordered and the area we are sending to, shipping is generally quoted as being between 3 - 14 business days. Most parcels arrive within 10 days. Due to Covid and supply chain issues, these times may very.
We use USPS Priority Ground for all domestic shipments.
We use USPS Express for International Express Air Freight that provides full live online tracking.
We choose USPS for security and reliability along with its affiliations with most worldwide postal services. Parcels are air mailed and sometimes require signature upon delivery internationally.
We have no way of knowing whether a particular country or parcel will or will not attract import fees, and we can not be held responsible for such costs. We do everything in our power to avoid our customers attracting extra charges, but this is beyond our control and responsibility. If you are concerned about incoming taxes please consult the import/customs agency of your country for further information.
All possible customs fees and taxes will be your responsibility. We ship the goods from Virginia Beach, VA and pay a courier company to ship the goods. In case your country charges taxes or holds the shipment in customs, you are the importer and will be liable for clearing the customs. We will not provide assistance or logistics in these rare cases.

FDS is now accepting returns and or exchanges! If you would like a refund, please note that 10% of total amount will not be refunded because it has been donated to our partnered charities. You are welcome to exchange your purchase for a different size if your bikini does not fit or if it is damaged at all by a messy transit or manufacturer error. Those can be mailed back to us at your cost IF:
1. The goods have been unused, tags attached and are in 'brand new' condition with sanitary linings still adherent and un-bothered.
2. The goods have been purchased no more than 30 days prior.
3. All sales are final for goods purchased "on sale" or discounted promo offers.
4. Refunds will be issued but 10% of your refund will have already been donated to our partnered charities.
5. No refunds will be issued in the future or EVER for change of heart. So, make sure we are a forever thing before we become a whatever thing!
6. No exchanges/refunds will be carried out until we have received your return and you have contacted us with your correct request in size/color/style.
